If it has been a few minutes since the purchase of your tickets and you have not yet received them by email, keep in mind the following considerations:
  • If you bought the tickets, check that you expect the email at the same email address you have as a user.
  • If the tickets have been purchased by someone else for you, you will not receive them in your email. However, you can download them following the instructions in this section.
  • If the tickets have been purchased through a teacher, verify with him that he has entered your email correctly. If so, you can download them by following the instructions in this section.
  • Check if they are in the "Spam" folder.
If you are registered in salsero, you can download your tickets by accessing with your user the option "My tickets" from the "My profile" menu. You can directly access your tickets by clicking here.

If you don't find your tickets in this option, someone else may compare them for you (read this section) or that you will buy them through your teacher (read this section)
If your tickets were bought by another person for you and registered with your email, you can download them directly if you register with salsero with that same email. You can register by clicking here.

Once you have registered, you can access your tickets from the "My tickets" option of the "My profile" menu. In addition to downloading, you will have the option to change the data of the owner, in case you cannot attend the event and someone else will do it.
If you bought your tickets through your teacher, and sent them to your email, you can download them directly if you register with salsero with that same email. You can register by clicking here.

Sorry, as stated in our purchase conditions tickets cannot be canceled. You can change the data of the owner so that another person can attend in your place.

salsero is only the ticketing software used by the event organizers who work with us. For any questions about whether an event is being held, postponed or canceled, please contact the organizer. In any case, we ask you to be patient, given that the current situation is exceptional and both the organizers and salsero are working to answer all your queries and requests.

What happens if my event is postponed or canceled?
If the organizer, following the instructions of the authorities, cancels or postpones the event, you will be conveniently informed about this fact and about the options that you will have available in this situation, together with the procedure to follow in order to apply them.
